HOW DO I...
MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

The doctor may be consulted at the surgery by appointment which may be made by telephone or a personal visit to the surgery. A routine appointment will be offered but please inform the receptionist if you feel the problem is more urgent. You may then be assessed by our practice nurse.
You may express a preference of doctor and the practice will endeavour to comply though it may not always be possible especially in the event of a medical emergency.

Telephone Consultations
If you need to speak to a doctor or nurse, the surgery now offers consultations by telephone at appropriate times as shown below; please speak to one of the reception staff who will be pleased to offer assistance.
Surgery Hours Monday from 8.30am - 7.30pm, Tuesday to Thursday from 8.30am - 6.00pm and Friday from 7.00am - 6.00pm.

Consultations
Consultations are available by appointment only. Appointments times do vary slightly between the GPs.

HOW DO I...
OBTAIN A HOME VISIT?

During normal working hours, only patients too ill to attend the surgery should telephone the practice (between 8.00 - 10.00am if possible). The receptionist may ask for some details of your condition to enable the doctor to plan his visits in order of priority. Please remember the doctor can see several patients in the surgery in the time it takes to visit a patient at home.

HOW DO I...
OBTAIN TEST RESULTS?

Please be aware that receptionists may only advise you of your test result with the doctor's authorisation. If your GP tells you to telephone for a result please ring between 1.00 and 3.00pm Monday to Friday.
